With wrapping foil

- 2 hours after your new and fresh tattoo, remove the wrapping foil and rinse it with some lukewarm water.
- Dry the fresh tattoo with a clean towel or paper towel by dapping the wound lightly.
- Put a thin layer of the aftercare product on your tattoo. It's very important to apply a thin layer, otherwise your tattoo will not able to breathe. This will affect the healing process of your tattoo. Always make sure the wound is completely dry and that you have washed your hands properly before applying.
- Repeat these steps 3 times a day until the tattoo is completely healed.
- After 4-5 weeks the tattoo is completely healed. At this stage, please contact the artist within 1,5 month to book in a touch up if needed.

Things not to do:

- Try to avoid sunbathing, tanning, swimming, bathing and saunas. This will negatively affect the quality of your tattoo.
- Do not pick or scratch your tattoo. Not even when it's scabbing. This is a normal part in the healing process.
- Always make sure that you use clean hands, your own clean towels, your own and new aftercare cream/balm to avoid infections.
- Try to avoid clothing that can leave fluff (wool) stuck into your fresh tattoo. If your clothing or bedsheets get stuck to your tattoo, please don't try to pull it off straight away. Soak it with water, before you pull it off.
- If you experience a rash, infection or anything that raises concerns, please contact your artist immediately. Always contact your artist before you consult a doctor.


With Second Skin

- Leave the second skin on for a whole day. If the second skin falls off, then take it off and go to the second step. Blood and ink captured underneath it is completely normal there is not need to take it off early! However, when you do experience a rash around it, or if it's just extremely itchy, it could mean that you are allergic to second skin. In that case, it's best to take it off straight away. If you doubt about any of these things, always feel free to contact you artist !
